Started on a new painting. Let's see if this one drags out into a one month project like the last one.

About time.

Finally managed to finish that darn painting, though I did cheat a bit and cropped only the upper part, because I completely lost motivation for the bottom half :P

Deutsche Bücher

Started reading one of my favorite books in German a few days ago - Yelena und die Magierin des Südens by Maria V. Snyder. I really must say that re-reading a book in German that I've read dozens of times before in English is a great way to practice German vocabulary. Hopefully this will help me in my upcoming final exam :)

Off to watch X-Men First Class now and then to read some more about Yelena's adventures :)

Shrove Tuesday...

...was already yesterday, but I didn't know about it so I celebrated it today instead with a yummy, home-made low-carb version of the traditional fastlagsbulle.

Should probably start studying for my final exams now...

Jeez, I have a feeling that this painting will never be finished :P

Made the hair darker, did the lips, the bracelet and the tattoos, started working on the dagger and tweaked the face and the folds on the outfit a bit.

FFXII

So I continued my Final Fantasy marathon and managed to finish FFXII :D! I have to admit I didn't like this game quite as much; I really loved the battle system and gameplay but I didn't really get into the story as much as I did in the other games.

Might go tackle FFX-2 a bit later, because I've had that one unfinished for nearly two years soon :P For some reason it just doesn't hold my interest.

I really should start drawing and writing again, but I'm currently not the least inspired for either one.

ABI!!

My outfit for today :D (and my messy room). Pink pants, black top, a black jacket and of course bright red lipstick! At school I also wore high heels, sunglasses and a scarf to complete the "stekare" outfit.

After we made the first year students dance and sing for us and massage us, we drove around the city center in trucks like this, throwing candy to people on the streets:

It was a lot of fun, even though it started to get quite cold toward the end :P. Really looking forward to the cruise later today!

Oh and also, seems I gave myself a bit too much free time for studying :P We get 3 weeks free time before the final exams start, not 6 weeks like I stated in my previous post :D
